Prior to co-founding Normality Inc., he led process excellence and automation initiatives at Church & Dwight. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership and consulting roles at AIG, Deloitte, IBM, and PwC, where over a period of twenty years he built and scaled Operational Excellence frameworks, IT and Business strategies, Centers of Excellence, and automation programs, delivering large-scale turnarounds and enduring business impact.
