His experience spans operating model design, process excellence, enterprise IT strategy, and large-scale transformation initiatives across industries.A design thinking practitioner with a strong foundation in structured problem-solving and operational rigor, Balachandran brings a balanced perspective that blends human-centered design with disciplined execution to drive sustainable outcomes.

Shib is a transformation, process excellence, and intelligent automation leader with 25+ years of experience enabling organizations to simplify operations, elevate productivity, and scale sustainably. He has partnered closely with executive leadership teams to translate strategy into measurable outcomes through Lean transformation, process engineering, intelligent automation, AI, and disciplined change management. Prior to co-founding Normality Inc., he led process excellence and automation initiatives at Church & Dwight. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership and consulting roles at AIG, Deloitte, IBM, and PwC, where over a period of twenty years he built and scaled Operational Excellence frameworks, IT and Business strategies, Centers of Excellence, and automation programs, delivering large-scale turnarounds and enduring business impact. He operates out of our New Jersey office.

He thrives in building high-performing teams and scaling products through data-driven decisions and clear prioritization.

Saritha Rahul is a strategic Human Resources leader with over 18 years of experience in HR business partnering, talent strategy, and people operations, across diverse organizations in the technology, consulting, and public sectors. As CHRO at Normality Technologies, she partners closely with leadership teams to align people strategy with business objectives, strengthen organizational culture, and build scalable, high-performance workplaces. Her expertise spans strategic HR management, talent acquisition, performance and succession planning, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, HR automation and data-driven analytics, and compliance. She has led end-to-end HR transformation initiatives, streamlined people processes, and enhanced employee experience while supporting organizational growth and change. Saritha holds an MBA in Human Resource Management, a B.Tech in Instrumentation & Control Engineering, and is an IIM Kozhikode–certified Strategic HR professional, known for her pragmatic, people-centric, and business-driven approach.
